RecommendedTook my truck in today with a squeaky front suspension. It had stopped squeaking yesterday, probably because of the rain, but I still wanted to get it checked. They inspected it and drove it and found nothing wrong. When I picked it up there was NO CHARGE. I owed nothing. Wow! In my experience, many other shops would have replaced something and charged me hundreds of dollars. Car Care is terrific and I will go nowhere else.
So the first call they were extremely rude, second they hung up on me. Not going to send my cars here sadly. Fortunately we found a place that was customer focused and helpful!
Been using these guys for years. Best auto service I've ever had. I recommend them highly.
