Tim McMillan is a very professional straight shooter. He told me the problem with my truck, gave me an estimate. He also gave me suggestions as to things that could be repaired, but said "we can do those repairs later" which made me feel like he was not just in it for the money, but was building loyalty. That is exactly what he did. I drove away feeling good about the new tie rod arms and front joints being replaced. Tim even brought the old ones too me to show me how bad they really were.
