I did my part with everything going on today. I booked an appointment for this morning, let them know that I was here. The lady at the front looked at me like what are you talking about and told me No you don’t have an appointment, because we do not do appointments. Car Care Clinic in Ridgeland mis diagnosed my brothers car twice and then tried to charge extra labor to recoup cost. The manager Heidi Edwards was useless and rude. She handed us a business card for corporate and walked off. Of course Corporate is voicemail Hell! Will NEVER GO BACK! They had several other dis satisfied customers there when we were there as well. Need new management ASAP!
The only place we will take our vehicles! They are honest and reliable and always go above and beyond to make sure they give the best possible service. You can come here and feel secure that you are getting honest work with no up-selling or surprise charges. We’ve sent a couple of friends here and they’ve all had the same experience! Can’t recommend them enough!

Phil and his staff are top notch when it comes to vehicle knowledge and customer service. Always friendly and happy to help! Especially good at going above and beyond to keep their customers satisfird and coming back. There is also a Certified Mercedes Mechanic on staff, so you don't have to go to the dealership for everything. I highly recommend them for all your car care needs!.
