Excellent service. I'm from out of town and had a brake failure. They were kind enough to work us in right away, and we're wonderful hosts while we waited for repairs to be completed. This turned what could have easily been a miserable day in to an good experience, along with a few laughs. Thank you very much!

There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for this place of business and these people. We were on a one day trip taking a dog to UW-Madison. As we left the university to get some lunch the brakes on our F350 diesel broke. Friendly, kind service that make what happening so less stressful for me. I came to the car care clinic for a new tire, which they don’t do. The person working there looked at my tire and move the back one to the front and put the spare on the back. He was very kind and friendly. I would recommend going to this place for car care.
10 years a loyal customer! Fast, friendly, honest, transparent, and great communicators! If you're worried about being taken advantage of (especially women with little car knowledge), you should feel comfortable coming here. I've caught far too many shops trying to oversell me thinking I had no car knowledge. You'll never have to worry about that here. Plus they leave candy in your car and send thank you cards! :)
I live in Illinois and was in Madison for business when I got the dreaded low tire light, coupled with the sound of hissing air when I filled it. I was able to get here and they diagnosed me with a nail in the tread. They got me in and out and back on the road in less that 30 minutes. They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful. I highly recommend them!
