Called Car Care December 2017 to cancel contract. Sent in cancellation letter. Of course they never recieved it when I spoke to them a week later. Waited patiently, called again numerous times no answer. Called Marathon Group and just heard today January 30th 2018 a week ago Car Care went out of business and Marathon will be handling all redunds. My 12-year-old daughter received a letter from Vehicle Service Department. We called to ask that they not send her letters for a car she has never owned and neither have I. They acted childish and very unprofessional. They said this company sold them my daughters info and they sent the information. We spoke with three different men (John, Bill, and Mick). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I CANCLED MY WARRANTY WITHIN 30 DAYS. THEY GIVE YOU 30 DAYS TO REVIEW YOUR WARRANTY IF U DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN CANCEL AND GET A FULL REFUND. SO I CANCELED IT IN JANUARY AND STILL HAVE NEVER RECIEVED MY MONEY.. THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST. NEVER DEAL WITH MARY OR ANDREW. The company even rips off the employees. The owners lie about the pay structure and then fire you when you keep complaining. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They dont care about anything but money. Its 2 people there that breed evil as they breathe. They take all the money and rotate personal like meat. God should strike down the building like sodom and gomora

VERY SHADY BUSINESS!! Don't walk, RUN AWAY. You've been warned. Promising 30 days money back guarantee. After reading all of the complaints and shady business with this company, we decided to call back to cancel this so called policy. The Billing Department sent the call back to the Sales Rep! Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked for more information on the company to make me feel better about my purchase, and they gave me incorrect information. They couldn't explain to me how they got my home and car information.
