FYI: Bob's service works if you're buying a car in the Twin Cities area. My daughter previously used his services to buy a car in MSP and it worked well. We just used his services to buy a car in Milwaukee and it wasn't worth the money - we had to do most of the legwork and negotiating ourselves. Stick with the MSP market and you'll be fine.
Have purchased eight used cars in the past six years--I hate car shopping. But we had a great experience with Bob this week, buying a car for my teenage daughter.
