Sold a car they had more work to be done than the worth…when questioned, the owners told me you had your mechanic look at it, and notify it…car had rust and water damage in the engine….they would not have found that along with some other issues. Said the inspected the brakes but they had a leak…would not send anyone their EVER! Shady dealership!
VERY unprofessional and DUMB! They wanted me to put down a down payment before they would fix the issues that the car has.. Caught Darryn in multiple lies. He was 45min late to meet me knowing that I didn’t have much time. Did not call me for hrs to follow up on financing. DONT DO IT!
Horrible experience. I bought a car they claimed was AWD it's a 2WD. Ever since I purchased as soon as I drove it it had misfires and needed cylinders changed. After that mechanic seen they put stop leak in the radiator. It needed a new radiator and struts. 1 month after that it needs new motor mounts, wheel bearing and steering pump. Mind you I've had this car at the moment less than 2 months. They people there no nothing about cars. Could even show where the mileage was. PLEASE do not give them your time or business. I found a car that I thought I wanted, but needed to get some paperwork together before finalizing anything. He said that they could "hold that vehicle" in exchange for a $500 check. I asked if he was sure they wouldn't cash it. His response was, "We only accept cash for down payments, we never cash checks. No worries, you can pick up the check or I can shred it if you decide you want the vehicle, and give us the $500 in cash." Keep in mind that we hadn't even driven the vehicle... read more
