I used this shop because my car stereo had broken. They diagnosed the issue for $75. It turned out that the stereo unit itself was broken, so a replacement was necessary. They carry good brands like Kenwood and Alpine, but I wanted to choose my own, so I bought a stereo on Amazon and brought it in. Since I had already done the diagnostic check, they gave me a $20 discount, and installed the new unit for $150. Jordan, his Pops, and uncle at the front hooked me up with a kicker under the back seat and two brand new JL speakers in the doors in a crunch time, fast as hell. Great work here!
I called Car Audio & Security Specialists asking if they could take a look at the backup camera system I bought from them 4 years ago. They said if they installed, they would troubleshoot it for free. I drove there immediately, and was greeted right away. They started troubleshooting and within 2 minutes had found I had inadvertently changed the settings on my Kenwood system. They corrected it and I was out the door within 5 minutes. Great customer service!!
Horrible people here the technician said I was stupid and would make this the worst day of my life. Had to call the cops for my safety do not go here horrible service
