MJ was truly outstanding both in terms of customer service and product knowledge. You simply cannot do better than the service and attention MJ and his team provided me. I was a challenging customer but MJ was empathetic, patient, and professional. And, what a great installation team! I came in having problems with my rack and door speakers. They took me in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Amazing people!

Amazing customer service and got me in for a same day install of an entire JL sound system setup. “Specialists” is an understatement and their shop has a wide variety of brands and setups to meet your budget!! Mahalo 🤙
I used this shop because my car stereo had broken. They diagnosed the issue for $75. It turned out that the stereo unit itself was broken, so a replacement was necessary. They carry good brands like Kenwood and Alpine, but I wanted to choose my own, so I bought a stereo on Amazon and brought it in. Since I had already done the diagnostic check, they gave me a $20 discount, and installed the new unit for $150.
