Mr. Elias has been managing my rental since November 2011. My experience has been that Rich has been professional and effective at managing my rental. In my view he has a good balance of following regulations, taking care of the tenant and working for me the landlord. He has been effective at finding tenants that have taken care of my property and working with me to complete repairs. He is timely at addressing concerns and following up as promised. Rich has been managing my property since 2011 and has been incredibly professional and generally fantastic to work with. As you can imagine with over 10 years of renting my home I have seen it all and Rich handled each and every issue with confidence, respect, EXCELLENT communication, and a wealth of knowledge. I am so very thankful to have him in my corner. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Out of the last 10 years that I have been living in apartments in Austin, this company has by far been the worst ive ever encounteted, and i used to live on riverside. Extremely poor management and a shady company. They changed the locks on an apartment during my rental period with no notice, no missed payment or lease violation and I had to threaten to take them to small claims to get my deposit back after leaving. No wonder all of these positive reviews are from investors, they will eat your deposit. If I could give less ... read more

One of the most unprofessional experiences I've dealt with in my entire life. Questions about property are not received well. Needed a new key and did not want to bother roommate with the email correspondence. Roommate (private information) was aware of this need. Review reply below is an example of what you can expect when providing them business. 3 stars for providing more cordial service post review.

Rich and company were by far the worst landlord/realtor experience I have had in my life. Every email sent was rude and/or condescending and very unhelpful. To be honest, I haven't lived with them in over a year but having to list my previous residences for a new lease has me remembering how frustrated they made me and how awful they were. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different realty group if you are looking to be treated with respect.
