Great doctor very knowledgeable and kind. The problem I have is with the office staff. Rude girls upfront and the manager has no customer service skills. Trying to get a correct estimate with my insurance was impossible with her. I will not be bringing the rest of my kids back in for wisdom teeth removal because of this problem:
I have had several dental inplant procedures done by Dr. Caputo and I would not go to anyone else. Dr. Caputo is meticulous and has a great bedside manner. I recommend him to family, friends and co-workers. Hard to find a good dentist and Dr. Caputo is definately one of the best. His office staff are all kind, patient, helpful and so pleasant to work with. Just love this dentist and his office staff.
My family saw Dr. Caputo to have my twin sons wisdom teeth removed. He was very caring, did a great job on the extractions and my sons had a very easy recovery. The office was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and we would highly recommend Dr. Caputo and this office to our friends.
