I booked tests for my husband and I on December 13,2021. The free testing ended Friday, December 18th. Wailea People and Paws Pharmacy were honoring appointments made before the new rules. I have attached a screenshot. I was not emailed regarding the change in the policy or the price. You can imagine how shocked I was. I feel badly for your staff having to explain this to all International travelers. We took the bus all the way from Lahaina for this test. I’ve tested here more then 20 times and every time, I got my results within 12-24 hours like they said. Compared to a few other places that I’ve tested at, capture has been the most efficient and helpful.
