I absolutely love this place! We don't miss a trip here whenever we visit our beach house and sometimes go 2-4 times/week and get take-out. Harvey and his staff are very personable and it's one of the few places that have been around for a long time. We will definitely see you again soon!

I never do negative reviews... However, we just left and I must say that we are beyond disappointed. The amount and quality of the meal for the price.... Ridiculous!! The fries were bland, the hotdogs were $3.50 each and I could have bought a pack of them for that. We will not be back.
c`mon .. I cant give more than 5 stars???? ok.. I runa fb page called Lovin the OBX. I did a poll to find out where folks favorite lunch spot is. out of 28 people that did the poll... 11 said Capt. Franks... you guys are amazing... my fave dogs are the mac and cheese dog and the chicago!!!
my husband's favorite spot in the OBX! we spend 2 weeks every summer and several visits to Captn Frank's is ALWAYS on the agenda
