Great product and great owners. What more could you want?
I've been past Captain Chucky's many times but they're always closed when I go pass there. I've been wanting to try them and I was off one day last week while they were open so I stopped in. I bought an imperial crab cake, a shrimp cake and carrot cake. Maybe I need to try a different crabcake next time… I could not taste the crab in the Imperial crabcake. A little disappointing. RecommendedCapt'n Chucky's Colmar has some of the best crab cakes around. Great service, people and food. They are our go-to spot when it comes to appetizers and dinner for special occasions.

Very disappointed. Apparently don't honor posted hours. I even called at 5:45 and said I would be coming at 6:20, should I order ahead. No, just stop by. Arrived at 6:20pm and store locked and dark. Evening plans spoiled.
Tried the calamari fries and was amazed how tender they were..... best calamari I have had since I left Florida......
I stopped by Captain Chucky's yesterday morning to pick up crab cakes for dinner. Got two of the Smith Island Crab Cakes (95% lump crab), Lobster Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw and freshly made (while I waited) Shrimp Salad. Everything was absolutely delicious, as always. Best place around for seafood in my opinion and very nice people
Love their Crab Balls... A must app. For any party!!
