Its has been many years as a residence here 2007-present but the one thing I have to truly say is how the maintenance crew is very prompt and professional, talk about professionalism these guys are truly amazing, not forgetting Ms. Viviana and excellent person girl plz don't change as your attitude for no one as it always makes you stood out among many HAPPY NEW YEAR(2016) it's with great pleasure doing business with you guys
I absolutely LOVE living here. The Entire staff (Office & Maintenance) are very professional and helpful. I feel safe here with my children. That was most important to me!!

I have no reason to move from Captiva. I have been here since June 2004..... Yes, 10 years!!! My 3 kids were little babies when we moved here. I love my apartment; I enjoy the pool and the tennis court (I’m who really take advantages of Captiva’s amenities).
