The wait staff was very nice and the food smelled great but was disappointing. There was spoiled lettuce on the fish sandwich and a medicine taste in the coleslaw. There was a half gray shrimp in the pasta. We didn't get our drinks until after we got our food, and they brought me the wrong meal. The sweet tea was good and they kept us filled up. The fried fish and the french fries were good. You might be ok if you stick with their fried foods.
The service was great! The food was great also! But most of all they are very personable. And made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely go back next year when we go back to OBX.
We had a wonderful dinner. Waitress was excellent and had a great sense of humor. The manager was also a very nice local person. Our party of six were all impressed. Will eat here on our next visit to OBX.
We've eaten at the Captain's Table during our last 4 visits, including previous ownership, and the food has always been delicious. The servers were very nice too, and the atmosphere is comfortable. We will definitely eat there again.
Ate here last 2 vacations in sept. Food was great. Just a lil wait and some pricey, but overall pretty good. Service was good. Could use more young childrens choices cause they dont eat much anyways. Planning on visiting again this Sept�
Had a fantastic late lunch there today! The Prime Rib sandwich was to die for! My daughter had an excellent NC BBQ sandwich and my wife had the Italian Sub.
Spent a week on Vacation and we found ourselves enjoying dinner here twice during that week. Food is excellent, and they did a great job getting us sat super quick both times.
