There reservation system SUCKS,the wait staff keeps reminding you we will have to get up,& I thought she was a tad rude. Otherwise it was pretty good,service itself was ok @ best,food was really good.
I've had better service from a Walmart employee at a truck stop in Alabama. Food was good though!
After being in the restaurant for over an hour we finally had our drinks delivered to us and our order taken. It took another hour for our meals to be served to us in which one of the orders was missing, we had to get our own silverware and get our own water.. because our other beverages were empty for 45 minutes. It's unfortunate that I can't post the multiple pictures of our server (who never shared her name) who was on her phone no less than 8 times while neglecting her patrons.
Food was very good and I enjoyed my panini very much but because of our horrible service from LILY, our server, I will Never step foot in this restaurant again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there to avoid her service. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I've been serving and working in the restaurant industry for 17 years, I know how to treat my guests. She needs some lessons. Please, if you must eat here, avoid her section.
The only reason I'm giving it a 5 is because I can't give it a 10! Great service and great food!
