This is the first time I have rated a business with zero stars. My husband ordered his mom a specialty basket to be delivered on 12/22/25. The owner attempted to dissuade him from purchasing the basket, stating, "I can't always find the things for them." When we checked whether the basket had been delivered, he said he thought it wasn't supposed to be delivered until the weekend. Zero out of 5. Ordered a Xmas basket for my mother which she never received. Was told it was sold to someone else. Now I've been waiting on a refund and have received nothing. Most unprofessional place I've ever done business with.
The captain's customer service is above and beyond the rest. Highly recommended.

I needed to send a condolences bouquet as soon as possible. Thinking I was atleast going to have to wait 24 hours. They took my order and everything was done so fast and beautifully. I highly recommend this place. I ordered and my flowers were delivered so fast and were beautiful.
