Great food! We had the king crab and prime rib, great portion size. Drinks were strong, staff was friendly. The owner patty was incredibly friendly and gave us a tour along with history of the place and its ghost george! Nice place for a romantic date or family meal. Will be back!
We had an 8pm reservation for 12 ..... showed up 745pm waited until 815pm they told us we'll get them out we LEFT after 5min wait. C'mon

Everything about this place is great. To start with service is exceptional, the salad and soup bar is amazing.. must try their clam chowder. They are famous for their prime rib and for good cause... some of the best prime rib I've ever had.. very moist, flavorful and not shy with the proportions! Overall, enjoyed Captain's Anchorage and will recommend it and return there in the future!

The staff was very friendly. The wine was good. So was the clam chowder. The “Anchor” (steak with crab on top) was overpriced for average quality. Canned crab did not taste good at all. Nice mountain ambiance.
