Always have really great togo service and the wait staff is friendly and timely. 10/10 would recommend.
Sat at the bar area a few weeks ago and the waitress was so totally rude to me I couldn't believe it. I have gone there several times and my order has never been rite. The waitress told me it was the kitchens fault. So the last time I was there it happened again and got the same stupid answer. When I received the check I mentioned that that I was a military vet she asked for my ID which I handed to her and she starting in about you should have told me earlier I never had to mention it anyway else. Captain Tom's is awesome! The food is consistently great with enough menu options to please everyone. Also, the portions are generous and very reasonably priced. We have never been disappointed with a meal at Captain Tom's including the to-go option. The restaurant is always clean with a choice of dining room or friendly bar and a very warm atmosphere. And of course, they have a great staff!! The service is excellent and the staff are always helpful and eager to please. Love Captain Tom's!!! .
Every time we go there,we sit where bar is and never get waited on,that has happen a few times,want be going back.
We had the best service tonight and the new menu looks great.. the grouper bites and New Orleans Tilapia tasted awesome
This place is great. The food, service and atmosphere was completely awesome and you don't leave hungry
We had lunch here today and it very good!! Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant.
You may get waited on you may not depends on who you are and I guess I didn't fit the criteria to be waited on.
