End of the season and another great pier and lift removal job by Capt. Rod's crew. These guys are efficient, polite and work like a real team. We have had 10 years of good experiences with Capt. Rod and crew and are looking forward to Spring 2017 pier installation.
Honest supplier. Provided excellent customer service and high value product. No surprises! 2017: We bought our boat lift from Captain Rod's in 2016. Great product, helpful staff and excellent installation. In July 2017, we saw Captain Rod's boat lift barge traveling north on the Fox River towards Pistakee Bay after the flooding. I called Captain Rod's because of the terrible service and attitude from Mineola Marine. They came out and re-set my lift while I was gone and moved my boat onto the lift for me. It was greatly appreciated and I'll be calling them first from now on.
Speed of service and quality of workmanship is unmatched!
When we were kids, Rod used to build Lego docks & boat lifts. Every fort we built, he insisted on it having a dock. The seawall he put in the backyard was impressive, even if we didn't live on a lake. Seriously though, Capt. Rod builds solid stuff!
