Friendly staff. Clean comfy rooms. Great view. Restaurants close by. C store across the street. Plenty of shopping avl. Fish off the docks just a few feet from your room. Saw nurse sharks, sting rays and barracuda. Snorkel right off the dock. Water still a little murky after hurricane Irma, but getting better every day. Prices very reasonable. Plenty of towels, cozy laid back. Love the hammocks, chairs, grills set up outside the rooms. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed here back in May and absolutely loved it! We arrived after office hours, but the staff left a welcome note and map to our room. It was like a little scavenger hunt! When we arrived at our room, they had left a note at the door and one inside on the table too. The lights and music were on as well to make the room more welcoming. We brought our whole family down and were so happy when mother nature cooperated and we were able to snorkel at the reef. Captain Ray and Travis were the best!

Spent three nights at captain Pipps with my two teenage granddaughters and two of there friends. We all had a great time. The rooms were beautiful. A special thanks to capt ray and travis on the spirit. They were the best. It was my granddaughters 16th bd and they made her day special. Thank you all for our super vacation.
Great experience renting a boat. Easy process and a clean reliable boat. Friendly and helpful staff were quick to help us out at the last minute when Vacation Boat Rentals gave us a cockroach infested boat and terrible customer service. Don't waste your time with other boat rental companies, start with Captain Pip's.
