clean and felt really safe there!
We asked to sit outside because it was daylight and thought it would be nice. No server came for a while and although that was fine when one finally came she wore a mask that fell below her top lip, never covering her face. Server was pleasant but when our food came our soup and salad were forgotten (appetizers) by this time it was dark outside, 40 minutes of waiting on food. Most seafood is fried, not my cup of tea. Nice to eat outside, which is all the dining I do right now. Food was fair. Service was good. Cocktail, Pirates Punch was yummy. I had pork chops, they were very thin. Prices not bad.
Terrific waiter named Tony
The hushpuppies and drinks were great. Our waiter was also great, however my friend ordered the scallops and they were overcooked and soggy (I tried them), not “mouth watering” by any means. I ordered the stuffed fish which came with cat fish, however the waiter changed it to flounder which was good because who wants cat fish at a fresh seafood restaurant on the beach. My sister ordered shrimp scampi which was dry and came on skewers. Overall, we will not be returning on our next vacation as the food was lacking.
great server he was from Tennessee. Food was really good! my daughter's enjoyed the crab legs. i got the chicken. it was really good to.
