Breath taking scenery, sand beach, picnic area. Frisbee golf course, boat rentals, Tarzan floating jungle gym with water slide, trampolines, rope swing and more!!
This place is amazing!! We visited for the first time today and everyone was so sweet. The woman in the shop was so sweet and answered my questions. Captain John is amazing and shared a lot of the history of his shop. I can’t wait to visit again
We came here during a camping trip as recommended by a local while we were at VONS and very thankful because we may not have found it otherwise. We had so much fun our first visit on a canoe and kayak, then on the Tarzan Island that we returned for another day of stand up paddling the following day. I love captain John's marina, there is something for everyone here! they are very reasonably priced. the Tarzan float is so much fun, and the only attraction of it's kind on the mountain. the marina itself is gorgeous! he also has frisbee golf! This is the only marina in big bear I will go to!
