The service at this particular location was excellent. Never been to their Pontiac location before but it was actually much better than any experience that I've had at any other location which says a lot because I've been going to Captain Jay's for more than 15 years now. The young lady who took care of me was very friendly and helpful. She was very good at making suggestions by telling me about some of the foods she's tried and what she thought of it in order to help me decide what to order for myself. Had to go back to get our coleslaw but the chicken was very good
They are very family oriented and very kind and will to go the extra mile to put a smile on ur face
