copied from my Facebook page Horrible service horrible experience. Me and Jim (my boyfriend) went here for lunch before my doctor appointment. Get there around 1 girl at the front tells us she is new so that should have been my que to leave. Order our food and she can't find the ice scoop to get our drinks so she tells us to have a seat and she will bring them out. My wife and I eat at Captain D's nearly every Sunday for lunch. Today, we decided to drive about 15 minutes to get to the restaurant because we figured with the inside closed, they would appreciate any business they could get. I drove through and ordered two dinners, which we ate in the parking lot. When finished (there we no other cars in the lot or drive thru) I wanted a refill on my drink.
