At our Americus, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Sucks the service sucks the smell in the place was of sewage very not good
Last Saturday near closing I came in an ordered $85 worth of food for my family. I was expecting ill workers due to my coming in so late. I was surprised by the staffs friendliness. Tesla and Xavier all the staff did an excellent job. The food was great!! The service was great!! These employees are doing a wonderful job . Staff really can make or break a restaurant and I wanted you to know they are some good workers.
