I love the seafood, fish sandwich, shrimp and their string beans. Gumbo didn't look or taste good

I have been getting food from them for a while. The fish is always good. But lately , I noticed that when I get the battered fish , there's always fried battered crumbs under the fish. I just called the restaurant to let them know I don't like that. The young lady told me that it was a corporate thing! She said corporate told them to do that. Really? Why would you give a customer the batter crumbs that's in the bottom of the fry basket? I half never been to a restaurant where they give you the crumbs from the batter too!
I hope the cook is always at work when I go bc he fried my country style fish to perfection!! Highly satisfied. Also received great customer service at the window. Highly recommend this location.
