Food and service was excellent.
I got a Family Sampler today which cost $44.68 and was actually very impressed! 11/18/25 at about 12:15pm. $44.68 sounds like a lot but I can now eat for a week! I live temporary in a cheap motel so I'm limited on any cooking myself. Customer service was very good. Food was fixed very quickly and ready to go in about 10 minutes. Food lacked a bit on flavor but that wasn't they're fault. The food is shipped to them a specific way. Hot fish & fast service.
The cashiers are not attentive. They have Poor attitudes, they don't move in a haste, and are very unprofessional. They need to be restrained. CAPTAIN DS Cater to alot of seniors, so who would want their grandparents or parents being served by someone with such low quality hospitality. Retrain your front line cashiers / servers!
