Food was fresh and good. Served hot with them bringing to the table for me.
While eating my meal I found hair fried in my fish!!! I returned the portion of the fish that included the hair and was offered a replacement meal by management but no money back. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I eat too much of the food. If I had seen the hair first, I would have eaten nothing. Moreover, I have decided I will not be eating there again and can not recommend them. They can keep the replacement meal!!! Yuck!!!!
I ordered 2 big fish combo and received 2 chicken strip sandwich combo. The bad part is the cashier repeated the order and it was still wrong. The sandwich’s was plain, hard and dry.
They seem to run out of main menu items, as well as sides, quite frequently.
