Very unprofessionally run... boat maintenance is not an excuse for canceling a tour that was made weeks in advance. not informing the customer that the tour was being canceled until they checked in before the tour is very unprofessional. And to not really show any remorse that this happened is rude and unacceptable. When people make plans in advance with your company you should at least in turn tell your customer in advance that there is a problem with your tour and go out of your way to make it up to the customer. The boat was taken out of service for a mechanical issue. My safety and my customers safety comes first. Amazing how all four of you guys gave my company a 1 star and took the time to each write something negative! If your own personal satisfaction is more important than my life or anyone else on the river. You my friend are very selfish
Extremely unprofessional and uncaring staff. They cancelled a tour we’ve had for two weeks less than two hours before we were booked to be going. When asked why, it was told that the boat was in the shop. I understand emergencies happen, however, the person that called was very uncaring and unprofessional in his explanation, as well as after hearing our sadness at not being able to go with the family that came down and we’re looking forward to this. So much for a hometown caring attitude.

We have been on many air boat rides over the years and now the only one that we use is Captain Bob. He gives the most informative fun filled ride there is.When my grandkids come down for a visit they always want to go for a ride with Captain Bob and than have lunch at The Blue Gator!

Make sure it's not to cold he'll call and cancel your ride. My thermometer said 60, I had a jacket and was ready to go. Yes I'm just a little pissed

Sorry that you feel this way. The safety of my customers come first. I am the Captian and decide when it's safe to operate. 60 degrees and 20 mph wind gust are not safe conditions to operate in. You rated us a 1 and haven't stepped foot on our boat.
