They have caused a 2 week PLUS delay in our closing by not getting a simple payoff and risked my sale not going through. Just now the abandoned us and we have to move to another title company. Stay away ! Caused my closing to be delayed 3 times because they could not get a pay off on a lien. A total of 2 weeks delay because of this. Big money get little attention by Cap Title. Can’t give less than 1 star.
