Scott at Capstone advocated for us with a roofing manufacturer that somehow had a run of a particular class 4, hail and wind resistant shingle go bad. Scott hung with us and other customers that had the same roof with the same issue.( they were blowing off) for at least 3 years. Trevor was the most helpful, kind, tenacious sales rep I’ve ever encountered. After the hail storm last year, he was the first to come knocking on my door. Other roofers approached after that, but we knew 1sr Priority made us their first priority. State Farm denied our first claim, even though there was obvious hail damage. I recently had Scott from Capstone come out to inspect my roof, and I was extremely impressed with his service. Unlike a previous contractor who did not even go up on the roof and immediately recommended a full replacement, Scott took the time to conduct a thorough inspection. We walked the property together, and he carefully assessed the condition of the roof.
