I previously resided in an apartment complex they manage in Virginia Beach Va. Moved out with out any damages to the property. They’ve yet to return my security deposit. It’s coming up on 1 year. They just pass the buck & make excuses like( it got lost in the mail). Took them to court and won! Awful Awful company. RENTER BEWARE!!
The worst experience live on The Grove place Austin, Tx the a/c has been out for two months. No one is ever in the office. Two days ago my shower knob broke and water keep running and call emergency and no response. The tub overflow and carpet is wet and now the entire apartment stinks and maintenance get really upset every time we ask for help .
This place is a JOKE.. I moved out of Tuscany at Midtown which is managed by this company and I still have not received my security deposit over 3 MONTHS LATER.
I live in Ashton park apartment in Killeen and their new management is awful! I also feel there are some racist actions that are happening because I feel like I am being target; all over dog poop! I have 3 dogs(allowed due to prior management) and I have to take them out ONE BY ONE, yet sometimes they will all rush the door and go separate ways.
