I would never use Capstone to look after a property you can't get them on the phone to fix anything they use the worst contractors to take care of yards they'll blow leaves and dirt all over your rental property these guys are straight up trash bags I would have gave them no stars but you have to select one
Rented from a capstone managed complex for 3 years and they were some of the hardest to reach people I've tried to get ahold of, also like other complaints they don't hire contracts for quality, everything is overpriced, and barely cared for. Always had large patches of ice and huge icicles hanging from roofs in the winter and always had grass and dirt everywhere on patios and walkways in the summer.
