Stayed here on a last-minute reservation due to hotel that we booked losing power and being filthy while in Tuscaloosa for parents weekend. When we arrived at 10 AM, they graciously put us in a room. Ralph and Gracie were the staff that helped us. They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Everything about the hotel was wonderful and we will definitely be staying again!
