Toured one of the apartments in Cap Hill with Patrick, didn’t realize it would be an open house style with other people but whatever. When I arrived, he let me know what the cleaners hadn’t come yet, but the mess was worse than I expected. Capstone Reality does not care about Veterans or people with HIV/Aids. I would stay as far away from Capstone as possible.
I recently had some trouble with a property manager at the Alki location, and when I reached out specifically to Capstone I got a response same day. The issue I had was resolved after a matter of one email, after months of trying with the property manager herself. Since then that location is under new management and are super responsive.
