SUPER ORGANIZED FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY WERE AL THERE FOR ME AND JULIE SMITH HELPED BRING ME OUT OF A COMA IN THE YEAR 2008
I've had 1 appointment so far and I keep getting cancelled on or my appointment times and dates change without being told or notified. I've been trying to get help for over a month now and I was scheduled at 8:20 this morning for medication and got moved another week away. Seems like I'm not going to get in.
This is the worst place in the state of Iowa! Director doesn't care, one nurse was very rude, received a misdiagnosis, and was kept on medication which I didn't need and it caused me a permanent side effect! Avoid this clinic. They don't care!
