We have nothing but problems with maintenance staff since we got here. It’s really unfortunate because the apartments are nice. We have tried many times to get things fixed and nothing is ever done. The elevator breaks down every other week. It’s really sad because without maintenance these apartments aren’t going to look nice for much longer.

I love the gym and the amenities there it's a great place to live and a fantastic location.

Capstone at Vallagio used to have a lot of problems mainly because of the previous staff. However the staff now is excellent. The maintenance staff are prompt and resolve issues very, very quick. The management and front desk is outstanding. The workout, pool and facilities are superb. Not only that but it is centrally located, and next to cute shop's and restaurants!

I have been living here since Feb'15 and the apartment is fantastic and very close to light rail ,shopping malls and highly recommended if you are looking for quiet and peaceful apartment.

I have emailed the office 8 times about a noise complaint against one of my neighbors. They have done nothing and the loud music hasn't stopped. Skip this place.
