Stunning views, amazing wait staff, gnocchi was some of the best I've ever had. Ordered a filet mignon medium rare and it came out well done. Had them take it back and they brought out a piece that was literally raw and ice cold. Turned me off from wanting more but the waitress removed it from my bill and comped a dessert and a very good and strong drink. The coconut cake was so awesome I'd deal with the steak issue again! Been coming to Caps for 15+ years, today was the first time since the hurricane last year that we were able to get there and what an amazing transformation! Their food was amazing once again, we have never had a bad entree there yet!

Ehhh, I wasn't impressed. All the seafood was fried except for the catch of the day. It was way overpriced considering you do not get a choice of side items (all of our meals came with hush puppies only). And the food was luke warm. If I'm going to pay $27 for a plate it should come with at least two side items or a salad. Leaving with a $250 check my husband needed a burger on the way back to the room. We serve seared, blackened, baked or fried seafood. All dishes come with sides and you can even compose your own a la carte dish. You will most likely pay $27 for a 8 oz piece of fish when it is fresh. I am sorry you did not have a good experience, it is certainly not our standard!
