Excellent Seafood, beautiful location on the inter coastal, and a great staff except for the GM and AGM Tim and Brian. Just kidding I have known them for years. They will make sure you have a first class experience. Caps has just completed some beautiful upgrades but not taking away from the original charm. Can't wait until they complete the dock. I'm from New Jersey visiting my mom for her 75th birthday and Cap's was recommended......The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. And to top it all off the service was excellent, cheers to our waitress Amanda. My mom and her husband will be back

We celebrated my birthday here last night, since it's our favorite St. Augustine restaurant. We come here whenever we're in town, and have never been disappointed. The new renovations are beautiful, as was last night's sunset.
I had the fried shrimp dinner. Mayport shrimp in a light batter...delicious. Hush puppies were also tasty. Hubby had vanilla grouper over mashed rice. He loved it. Service was great! You get what you pay for.
We took a 2 hour drive to visit this wonderful restaurant to have a celebratory lunch for our 51st Anniversary. We love St Augustine so the drive was no hardship. We were seated immediately near the water, had a charming and efficient waitress. Whiskey Manhattans and Bloody Marys started the lunch, then came she crab soup, crab sandwiches and oysters Rockefeller. All were great. We will be back to stay overnight and have dinner there.
Love everything about it!! Great food, beverages, location, ambience and staff!!!
