I could only rate five stars, Our family came down for Christmas and wanted to try a new place this time in St. Augustine since we would be there for the Night of Lights. Well when we pulled into the parking lot it was packed and thought we'd never get a table.... My husband and I love Caps! We eat here at least twice a month if not more! The ambiance is great, service is fantastic and I have never had a bad meal here. We found the restaurant on a whim and am so glad we did. It is the go to place for date night. You definitely get what you pay for here. Thank you for being our number 1 restaurant ♡♡

Just came here for the first time, celebrating our anniversary. The atmosphere is WONDERFUL! Right on the intercostal waterway. The outside bar staff were slammed but still attentive and friendly. Our server Caty was also attentive and had great recommendations. Even the valet staff did a great job. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
we have been going to caps for years (before the great renovations), by boat making a take out order and picnicking on the boat... then we came by boat with our dogs, they swam,played and we ate..that has been since 2002 ish and two weekends ago we came by boat with our chocolate lab (different dog) to eat drink and be merry...and NO DOGS are allowed on the deck even with leash :( we won't be going back ... there are other boat accessible restaurants that will let us eat drink and be merry with our lab :)
