I get my manicures from Phalangees by Vangee about every 3-4 weeks, and I just love her work. I've been going to her since September and she has never failed me. She has limited availability right now, but you won't regret it, and she usually has specials monthly for new clients.
Irma is very good at her craft. My hairstyle came out amazing!!!
