What I enjoy about living here is that my unit is super affordable for its size. The complex itself has some really nice amenities. And the staff is super courteous and always quickly respond to anything I need. Repairs are attended to quickly.
They are really on top of their game and get everything done quickly. .
My father told me about Caprock. And I have been here a couple of years. I recommend them too. It's clean, established and very nice.
This place is run by a really wonderful staff. There's a very peaceful atmosphere and I believe part of that is due to them. I have very friendly neighbors and the grounds are very beautiful, which I appreciate. Living here is great!
I think the staff here is the most responsive I have ever had to work with at any apartment I have rented. John is the BEST. He gets things done quickly and I can always count on him!

If I ever need anything, I know John is available. He's awesome! He's always right on it with whatever I need. Caprock itself is also amazing. It's very quiet, nice, and I always feel safe here.
