I placed an order on Sunday November 13th around 1pm in the afternoon and was charged but upon arrival to the ghost kitchen they are located in I was told they were closed and not opening until 5pm and to call to cancel my order. I reached out to the corporate line and was told I need to contact the business for a refund but how can I contact them and they don’t answer the phone? It’s been 3 months and still no refund or sandwich :(

I never received my food.
My work ordered this for catering. I'm not sure how there's so many 1 star/2 star reviews. I'm not saying they're not true reviews. It surprised me. This sandwich, the BOB, was AMAZING.
