Terrible customer service. Three strikes and done. Have waited between 45 and 55 minutes after arriving for an appointment because John schedules too many people at once. I am the one that is asked to accommodate his over- scheduling, or, to accommodate one of his more regular clients last minute requests. No respect for me or my time.
