I have been using CapriCMW (previously intercity insurance) for 3 years now for equine insurance. They have always been very reasonably priced and very helpful with any questions i had. Recently my horse needed surgery and I had to make a claim. They were all super helpful and easy to deal with. The claim process was quick and simple, it literally took a matter of minutes and the claim was processed and approved.
Don't use the web service for equine insurance. Paid for a policy that was supposed to be renewed in one name and when the documents arrived, they weren't correct. But apparently can't be changed. So now I have to purchase another policy. I got what I paid for I guess.
