The Caprice Café is certainly a place which tries to hold itself to a somewhat higher standard of food and dinning. Their options are somewhat on the pricier side and portions are not very large, but they do try to make them more gourmet in how they are prepared. Its situated in a historical building and it can be nice to have your meal out on the patio as you look over the downtown area. They offer many different unique options and have a great selection of spirits as well.
