This company used to manage my condo, but they are no longer the HOA’s management provider. Despite that, they still went ahead and charged me HOA fees — resulting in a double charge, once by them and once by the actual current management company. They are very rude and their rules don't go for everyone in their trailer park. They say you can't have animal's, yet the people who rent out a spot for RV's are allowed to have dogs, including a man that lives in a trailer. The old guy and his wife that live in the little trailer work for them to cut grass, but I heard they snitch on people that live in the trailer park and they keep there curtain in their trailer cracked to watch & snitch.
