Looks small on the outside, but always have items much bigger stores don't,..at better prices. The pool place to go!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, walked me through my own repair even sent me a video on how to do it. Would recommend 100% over the big chain brand stores. Shop local. They have affordable prices too even on parts
Disappointed in their repair service. Requested a repair for my salt chlorinator. The day promised, they didn't show up, the tech called the next day and said the order was misplaced, looks at the project and says he doesn't have the right parts, I stated the specifics of the repairs when making the appointment, and the tech says they didn't tell him, leaves comes back latter and performs the requested service.
