Disappointed in their repair service. Requested a repair for my salt chlorinator. The day promised, they didn't show up, the tech called the next day and said the order was misplaced, looks at the project and says he doesn't have the right parts, I stated the specifics of the repairs when making the appointment, and the tech says they didn't tell him, leaves comes back latter and performs the requested service. The team are amazing, they don’t try sell you items but trying to help you & save you as much as they can , I definitely recommend them
This place is great. Never tries to up sell. Sold me the exact motor I needed and instead of a new pump, walked me thru rebuilding the one I had. I also had problems woth chlorine and algecide i bought online. Finally got tired and just buy my chemicals here. Night and day difference.
