Wheres the management here? Don't ever ask for anything thats not on the menu, you will get the menu throwen back in your face and told if its not on the menu you will not get it.As the cook did to me. There the customer is never right, this has happened to us more than once. Never again.
Capri I have only done carry outs. They have a great carryout lasagna dinner and it is really reasonable. So for those lasagna cravings when you don't want to make or go out this is the place for you.
Horrible. I ordered a pizza to be delivered last weekend; they pizza was greasy as heck, no seasoning, and the garlic bread was burned on the ends and tasteless. There was no garlic taste whatsoever and dry as heck. What a waste of $20; I'll stick to Mama's on Greenfield.
After finding hair in my food, my husband decided to call and ask for a refund. We had just started to eat, so luckily we found the hair in the food before we really dug in. Chris, the owner, questioned the complaint and asked us to bring the food in. We packed everything up and drove back. Upon walking in, we were ushered outside. I have been going to capri restaurant for years. It has with no doubt the best lasagna in the world. One thing though, you are a booming business, why not clean up the restaurant a bit. It has looked the same for years, sorry to say its a bit dingie. I prefer to take out for that reason. Clean it up a little and you'll have more coming in. Some people like just eating out. Otherwise, great food.

Yuck – Capri used to be a favorite of ours when we lived in Milwaukee. We were in town yesterday and stopped there for their great lasagna. The restaurant was filthy, and when the food came, there were fruit flies all over it and on our drinks too. There were light bulbs burned out and duck tape on a lot of the seats. Very nasty. We only got one fork because the waitress said they were dirty and being washed, so we had to wait for one. That place needs a good cleaning to say the least. okay – Have been going here for years and never had a problem. Ordered a salad with my meal to go and received lettuce in a bowl. When I called to inquire where the other vegetables were they told me "they ran out, sorry no one told you. " The person who answered the phone then blamed it on another worker. I asked for a refund and they asked me if they remembered to include dressing . I said yes and they said there aren't many vegetables on the salad anyway and would not give me a credit.
