I love living here at Capri North its quiet and the yards and walks are cleaned weekly. Just like Camden that was the name of the Apts when I moved in 3 yrs ago requests like calling because of bugs they come right away. The people that work here are very nice and do a good job when I call for small problems. I have no complaints they have been very kind to me and my son. I would recommend it as a clean well kept apts.
When upstairs is gone. Love apartment and location. I had no problem with Camden but????? The kid upstairs is driving me out of my mind. Never stops jumpingng, running, falling and pounding even after parents have been asked to be respectful.
I would have to say Capri north and south is the worst place to rent . Service are horrible if somebody park on your parking space you will have to park somewhere else, the management cant do anything plus high rent and hidden fees! If i can only give them 0 star.
Worst place to rent on Earth! Stay far away from these people! Amy and Jessica are the most disrespectful managers I've met in my life... We ask them to make things right and they make things worst... I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.
Awful place to live, Lots of roaches, scorpions, ants etc... they raise ur rent by about $200 to sign another lease and it will continue to go up everytime, best advice is to rent a house for these prices. Cheap ass Paint wipes off when u want to clean the walls,Neighbors are loud, hear them walking all thru the night, people speed thru the parking lots, there have been lots of break ins lately in the houses and cars! always partying / drinking / drugs at the pool. BEWARE!!!!!

Ghetto apartments in a ghetto area. Rent goes up with every lease. Loud neighbors. Druggie neighbors. ''Security Gates'' open Monday through Friday and in this neighborhood that's not a good idea. Dog poop EVERYWHERE! Dark areas in Phase 1 due to lack of lights. Hedges/bushes not cut back and overgrown many times. Dogs off leash constantly and no one does anything about it.
